    The only answer is this. 1. A food addicted fat person to food… is like trusting an alcoholic not to drink all the alcohol in another man’s house.2. You get a fat person skinny by having him take half his food then tossing it in the garbage for many long months. You will be surprised how many fat people’s pride will not let them go digging in that garbage. That’s how you lose weight
